Delivery & Shipping

1. How Delivery Works

We deliver across Czech Republic through our certified logistics partner.
Orders can be shipped by carton (6 bottles) or pallet (up to 500 kg ≈ 320 bottles).

  • Cartons → Ideal for small orders.

  • Pallets → Cost-effective, secure, and prioritized delivery.
     

 Ordering a pallet saves up to 80% per bottle compared to cartons!

 

 

2. Delivery Costs

 

 

Note: Prices are indicative and depend on weight, quantity, and destination. The exact delivery cost will be invoiced separately.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Products can be ordered online at checkout. And paid after receiving the product commercial invoice alogn with the delivery invoice.

  • Delivery is invoiced separately and must be paid before shipment.

  • For urgent orders, a receipt or proof of payment for delivery is sufficient to schedule shipping.

4. Ordering Options

You can also place orders via email, to info@vinita.shop specifying:

  • Product name or SKU.

  • Quantity desired.

Our team will provide a custom invoice including delivery costs.

 

5. Delivery Times

  • Prague: 24–48 hours

  • Brno / Ostrava: 48–72 hours
     

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day once delivery payment is confirmed.
     

 

6. Minimum Orders

  • No minimum order for cartons

  • Pallet orders available from 84 bottles (~14 cartons)
     

 

7. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect products.
Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt. Any claims must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
Returns must be authorized by our team in advance. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
All shipping costs for returns due to damaged or incorrect products will be covered by us.
